IMPORTANT: AI-generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, incomplete information, or outdated content. The Service is intended as an assistive tool only. Users must independently verify all information provided by the Service before relying on it for business decisions, legal matters, financial transactions, medical advice, or any critical applications.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Use the Service ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Verify all AI-generated responses before acting on them.

Subscription and Payment Terms
Free Tier: Limited to 5 questions.
Pro Subscription: $4.99 USD per month for unlimited queries with no rate limits.
- Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled.
- You may cancel anytime through your account settings or billing portal.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds for partial months or unused portions of subscription periods.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.
- Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.
- Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination.
Acceptable Use Policy
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Infringe on intellectual property rights or proprietary information.
- Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of privacy, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, related systems, or other users' accounts.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Service, servers, or networks.

The Service, including its design, functionality, software, algorithms, and original content, is owned by Motion Analytics Technology and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. AI-generated responses are provided "as is" for your use, but:
- You retain ownership of content you input into the Service.
- You may use AI-generated responses for your intended purposes.
- You are responsible for ensuring AI-generated content does not infringe third-party rights.
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Accuracy, reliability, completeness, or correctness of AI-generated content.
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Non-infringement of third-party rights.
- Uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation.
- Results obtained from use of the Service.
- Defects or errors will be corrected.
The Service is not a substitute for:
- Professional legal, financial, medical, or other licensed professional advice.
- Human judgment, expertise, or critical thinking.
- Verification of facts, data, or information from authoritative sources.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOTION ANALYTICS TECHNOLOGY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
- Damages resulting from use of or inability to use the Service.
- Damages arising from reliance on inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading AI responses.
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
- Business losses, financial losses, or professional consequences.
- Any content, conduct, or interactions with other users.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.

- Queries submitted and AI-generated responses (stored temporarily for session continuity only).
- Query count, timestamps, and usage patterns.
- Feature interactions and service preferences.

- IP address and approximate geographic location (country/region level).
- Browser type, version, and settings.
- Device information (type, operating system, screen resolution).

- Browser fingerprint for security and fraud prevention.
YOUR DATA PRIVACY: We do NOT train AI models on your queries or responses. Your queries are processed solely to provide you with answers and are automatically deleted from our systems when you refresh your browser or after a maximum of 4 hours of inactivity. We maintain strict data minimization practices.
How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Process user authentication and manage accounts.
- Process payments, manage subscriptions, and handle billing.
- Enforce usage limits, rate limiting, and prevent abuse.

- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security threats, technical issues, or illegal activities.

We do NOT:

- Use your queries or responses to train AI models.

- Track you across other websites or apps for advertising.
- Store your queries longer than necessary for Service delivery.
